There aren't really any pros! As long as you're good at bragging, sucking up, and sweet-talking, this company likes you!
They keep saying they’re short-staffed! They also say that young people nowadays don’t want to come and learn!
It doesn’t take long before they start setting traps for you. If you don’t fall into them, they’ll push you into them and cause you trouble!
Being an apprentice is even more ridiculous! They tell you to figure things out and learn on your own! You’re not allowed to ask anyone anything! You also can’t waste materials or damage anything! They won’t teach you either! If you go ask someone else, they start yelling at you like crazy! When the masters inside damage something themselves, they pin it on you!
I really don’t recommend this company! There’s no clear system of rewards and punishments! It’s a family business!
