The pace of work is fast, but working hours are flexible, and taking leave or adjusting start and end times is fairly easy. The main thing is to manage your own work progress. There is coffee available every day, along with employee meals, or you can choose to exchange the meal for a coffee voucher—so you can have STAND coffee every day~
The offices of the various departments are quite far apart, so it can sometimes be time-consuming when you need to find another colleague. Staff turnover in the HR department is high, so occasionally it can be difficult to find the right contact for HR-related questions. Other aspects of the work are quite good.
