My colleagues are all very nice; it feels like a kind of shared bond forged through revolution.

1. The work is based on a responsibility system, with unlimited overtime and no compensatory leave or overtime pay.

2. The scope of the work keeps expanding indefinitely. Anything the boss does not want to do or the junior manager cannot finish all becomes your responsibility.

3. The boss is extremely concerned when employees socialize privately after work without including him. Anything that is not centered around him will trigger his displeasure.

4. They especially like hiring newcomers to the workplace because they are easy to manipulate, and the salary is definitely low enough to make you want to cry.

5. After employees resign, the boss spreads false rumors and accusations about them everywhere—and this is not an isolated case.

6. Basically, the junior manager and the boss are on the same side. The junior manager gets all the benefits, but she is extremely bad at leading people and has no management ability whatsoever, yet uses the boss’s backing to bully others.

7. This company is very good at putting on a show, but in reality it can only fool inexperienced newcomers. The boss is highly skilled at talking nonsense and painting rosy pictures, but anyone who looks into things carefully will discover that the boss’s persona and background are riddled with inconsistencies.
