The boss wants to develop digital initiatives
It all comes down to how much money they can burn
They’ve reached the end of the road
Cons
They’ve already started laying people off
After you join,
people with no ability but family connections will be your supervisors
Because no matter how incompetent they are, they’re still family connections
They can’t be laid off
