If the position is under a responsibility-based work system, the situation is even worse: projects cannot be completed due to staff turnover, so employees can only work overtime on their own initiative, and year-end bonuses under this system are less than one month’s salary.

There is a generational gap among employees, and the company cannot retain young people. Most long-serving employees are local residents who generally work with a health-focused mindset.

Selling prices are too low and costs are too high, so the company is always complaining that it cannot make money.
