The maintenance technician interview was simple. There was only a basic psychological test, and the oral interview did not include any particularly difficult questions; you could simply answer based on your personal experience.

On the first day, two days of basic newcomer training (similar to general education courses) were held in the administration building. At the end of the second day, there was a simple multiple-choice test (the answers were provided during class), and on the third day, trainees were assigned to various units for OJT training.

Low salary, poor benefits, and limited salary increases have resulted in very poor-quality applicants being hired.
