1. There is a library, but the collection is somewhat limited; the annual book allowance is NT$800.
2. One day of birthday leave.
3. Employees can attend company-organized seminars for free. Those who want to gain an initial understanding of the electronics industry can take advantage of this, although the scale is not particularly large.
4. The year-end bonus is slightly higher than that of typical traditional industries.
1. The starting salary is on the low side, so you have to rely on the year-end and performance bonuses.
2. The office atmosphere is dead and there is often a feeling of being monitored. The mindset and culture are still stuck 20 years in the past, so those who need remote work are advised not to consider this company.
3. Overtime cannot be reported. When you clock out after working overtime, the system automatically adjusts your records to show normal working hours.
4. There are no cash gifts for the three major holidays (only gift boxes), and there is no employee travel subsidy. They probably just bundle everything into the year-end bonus.
5. The company has high customer loyalty and operates steadily, but its business consists mostly of long-standing customers. It is very difficult for new employees to develop new accounts, as these are all controlled by senior staff.
6. Products and projects are basically determined by what upper management wants to do rather than by market demand. Employees are often busywork, and future growth prospects are average.
7. Departments often pass the buck to one another, much like government agencies. Senior employees are resting on their laurels, while upper-level managers are responsible for embellishing the operating situation in reports to the boss.
Overall, although the company does not have much future potential, new graduates can join to hone their skills for one or two years. They can still learn things during that time.
