Pros
The boss is very friendly and will proactively make coffee and provide some snacks. Working hours are flexible.
Even when the boss thinks you are not suitable for the job, their attitude is very friendly. The reasons they give may make you mistakenly think that the problem lies with them.
Cons
They will ask you to leave without giving you any notice. The company is very small, so it is recommended for people with excellent work abilities or extensive experience. Newcomers, stay away.
