Convenient location (relatively close to the MRT)
The office is fairly spacious
*The internal atmosphere is very strange. It appears calm and comfortable, but staff turnover is secretly high.
*The handover process for new employees is terrible. New employees report for work on the day they are scheduled to start, but codes, computer equipment, and other items that should be provided to them have not been requested or prepared in advance, causing them to waste a lot of time waiting.
*While new employees are still in the handover period, department managers may decide they dislike a new employee’s performance or subjectively believe that the employee does not fit the department’s characteristics. Within less than a week of starting, they may ask the new employee to resign voluntarily (the company’s HR will not issue a dismissal notice; instead, they find various pretexts to pressure you into resigning voluntarily)!! (And this happens during the handover period, before the new employee has even had a chance to do any actual work! They already decide that you are unsuitable! It is utterly astonishing~) The HR staff in the recruitment department are completely useless and have no authority to stop department managers from dismissing people at will. They are indecisive during interviews: they ask job seekers to report for work, then, just a few days after the job seeker starts, ask them to resign voluntarily again! (They are simply toying with job seekers! Extremely despicable.)
*The salary agreed upon during the interview will later be cut by HR for various reasons. This leaves job seekers completely stunned. After spending so much time interviewing, was the interview just for nothing?
*From recruitment through the onboarding and handover process, this company’s systems are chaotic and completely disorganized, allowing middle managers to do whatever they want. It wastes job seekers’ time and effort! Anyone considering joining this company should think carefully~~ The company will not protect employees’ rights (even when the employee has done nothing wrong); it will always take the manager’s side!
