The HR interviewer was very friendly and professional.
1. A great deal of information had to be filled out before the interview, and 90% of it had to be filled out again during the interview, which was a waste of time.
2. The job opening posted by the company on the job bank was vague and unclear. It was only during the interview that they explained that, because the company wanted employees to be multi-skilled, they would not specify a particular position. They also hoped that successful applicants would start with basic production-line work. This was extremely misleading.
3. The applicant asked approximately how long it would take to receive a notification and was told that they would receive a response that week. Two weeks have now passed and there is still no word. Speechless.
