New clothes to wear every month
The manager of the Northern District has serious people-management problems, constantly dangling unrealistic promises of better pay and benefits in front of you. They also monitor you with surveillance cameras at all times during the workday and immediately call the store to hold you accountable for anything they see. There are unreasonable rules and policies requiring colleagues not to chat privately or say anything negative about the company. Overtime can only be compensated with time off in lieu; overtime pay is not provided. You cannot decide for yourself whether to take annual leave—you need the manager’s approval. They constantly call you in for meetings, whether it is a minor or major issue.
