Pros
1. The supervisor gets straight to the point. Personally, I really like supervisors with this kind of direct speaking style.
2. A rare culture of leaving work on time—when the time comes, everyone in the company is gone.
Cons
1. Did this company offend someone? Many of the comments below seem strongly targeted.
2. I’ve been here for a while. This company isn’t great, but it isn’t that bad either!?
3. There are holiday bonuses—I received mine this year.
