First interview with the people in the office, followed by a phone interview with the boss
Seems to be quite flexible
They are very short-staffed, so it is easy to get hired
Three holiday bonuses
The office smells moldy
During the phone interview with the boss, he briefly does a background check and asks you to describe your experience. Then you listen to him ramble on for over an hour, complaining and venting about all sorts of things concerning former employees (you don't know whether it's true or exaggerated). He will also ask you: “Would you also be like this?”
It is all about complaining about former employees' tempers, personalities, and things of that sort.
