Basically none!
1. The company forces you to install a GPS in the vehicle, tracking your location at all times. If you no longer want to do the job and take leave to attend an interview, your supervisor will even check where you went and then ask you upon your return if you went to an interview. It’s truly speechless—there is absolutely no privacy.
2. One person is used as four people. If you fail to commercialize, congratulations—one particular supervisor simply can’t be bothered to care whether you live or die.
3. One particular supervisor is incompetent but can still be a supervisor. What they say in front of and behind people is completely different. They like to put on airs and act as if they’re very capable, yet they can even forget what they themselves have said…?
4. For the first time in my life, I encountered a customer placing an order on their own, yet the supervisor still scolded me for ordering so much merchandise. What the hell? You don’t want business?
5. Having said this much, job seekers should be able to understand now, right?
6. Finally, you need to be in excellent physical condition. The volume of goods is large, and you also have to double as a driver’s assistant. The vehicle’s suspension also needs to be in good condition; it’s very easy for the vehicle to be loaded full of laundry powder and liquid detergent.
7. Be sure to ask clearly about the salary structure. The devil is in the details.
