One person has to be responsible for several positions... Cleaning staff are called upon to double as general affairs staff and drivers, while IT is also treated as miscellaneous support... They have to handle general affairs (repairing lights, fixing curtains, and handling fire safety matters), and whenever clients come, they also have to serve as drivers for pickups and drop-offs, along with all sorts of other odd jobs. I heard from people inside that the family members working there have a very poor attitude. Later, an employee maliciously let the air out of the boss’s son’s scooter tires XD
