The office has air conditioning.
The pay is high, but the reported wages are low and the company does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. There are surveillance cameras throughout the office pointed at employees’ screens, as well as audio monitoring devices, so everything employees say to their coworkers is monitored by the boss. Employees are required to join a LINE group, but are not allowed to use it during working hours; after work, they are expected to reply to messages immediately. The boss has poor emotional self-control and will bang on the desk and yell at employees. Shunqi and Yimengxing have the same owner and share all of the same facilities.
