Finally, someone has shared their work experience at Anbao and Mantanghong 😂
Strictly speaking, I should be considered part of Anbao Investment, but since we are in the same office as Mantanghong, we all go to the CEO when the big boss is away, so I also interact with the CEO regularly!
Mantanghong really has a ton of drawbacks—too many to list. The big boss and the CEO are drawing grand visions all day long! Sigh 😮💨….
Here are just a few drawbacks:
1. The salary is extremely low… absolutely miserable.
2. The workload is enormous. It’s the kind of “one person, multiple jobs” situation—way too much.
3. The CEO’s mood is unpredictable, so be careful. Just remember that you are always the one at fault; the CEO is perfect.
4. There are really no resources at all. You ask the CEO, and then there is never any follow-up!
The workplace is a treacherous place, so be careful!….
