2. Good company environment

3. Preparing for a backdoor listing

4. None

Cons

Acquired by Anbao International Investment. It is dealing with a lawsuit involving the former boss, while Man Tang Hong is managed by the CEO!

1. The CEO cannot do anything and does not listen to others’ opinions. All they do is keep saying that everything is urgent, and they take out their anger on others at the slightest thing. As the saying goes, “Before the troops move, supplies must move first.” The company has no resources at all: the official website is still under development, social media is still being set up (the old accounts are with the former boss, and the company has no access; the matter is currently in litigation), and the stores are still being renovated. The chefs do not even have chef uniforms. Most ridiculously, the chefs do not even know the store name. When conducting an on-site inspection, we could not even take a decent photo for use as content. We have to find ways to create all the resources ourselves, yet we are still expected to produce results for the CEO within a short time under these conditions. There is often a deep sense of helplessness at work—it is truly impossible to cook without rice!

2. A former colleague helped find an advertising agency to give a presentation, but the CEO immediately acted arrogantly. Even the agency privately complained that it had never seen such an ill-mannered CEO.

3. The company has very few people and is extremely disorganized, taking multitasking to the extreme. The graphic designer also has to write proposals, and some people are not even very clear about what their own job responsibilities specifically include.

4. The company lays off employees without reason. According to a colleague, one former colleague was notified that same day that they did not need to come in the next day!

5. Poor salary and benefits: they pay you as little as possible while expecting you to do as much as possible—the typical exploitative boss!
