Pros
Very flexible—you can sleep at work or watch the NBA, and it’s no problem. If you don’t want to work, just schedule a day off directly.
Cons
The salary is lower than the industry standard, and the working hours exceed the limits set by labor laws.
They are very good at making grand promises during interviews, but after joining, you discover that the actual job is completely different from what was discussed in the interview.
They pay a very low salary, yet expect you to be able to do the work of every position... If you’re so all-purpose, why stay here?
