I recently opened a job board and saw that this company was still posting a position.

I'm writing this down as a record and to avoid applying there again.

I interviewed there several years ago.

The interviewer came in holding a tablet

and kept scrolling down and asking questions. They must have asked at least 50 questions, if not 100.

They just kept asking questions about the relevant job title, probably ones they had found online.

They never once looked up at me, acting extremely arrogant.

At the end of the interview, they let me ask questions.

I asked what products the company currently had.

They told me there was only one.

I had thought they must have had many excellent products to warrant spending so much time verifying so many things.

If someone confirms technical knowledge with me and there is a relevant discussion, or even points out flaws in my arguments, I am happy to learn.

But they just kept firing off interview questions they had found, wasting people's time.

It really was completely unnecessary.
