The HR representative who initially contacted me was very kind. Everyone says that HR is the face of a company. At first, I did indeed have a somewhat favorable impression of the company because of her.
The day before the interview, she called to briefly confirm some information.
Although the HR manager smiled, she was very domineering. I had already fully provided my educational and work history in the written résumé before the interview, but during the interview, HR conveyed the impression that my experience did not match the job requirements (so I don’t know why they invited me to interview in the first place). Ultimately, I was not hired for this reason. Although they did ask whether I had any questions, the atmosphere felt as though they wanted to end the interview as quickly as possible.
I don’t know whether HR wanted to meet a KPI, so they invited even candidates they felt were unsuitable to interview. (After I submitted my résumé through 104, I received the interview invitation roughly ten days later.)
