OP experience: I found that the supervisors here are all very impatient. They teach you something once, and you’re expected to learn it immediately; otherwise, you get yelled at. There are many different things to test, so you aren’t always assigned to the same work area. It’s very difficult when you first start because you’re frequently moved between stations, making it exhausting to learn. On top of that, some senior employees and a certain female supervisor (the chubby one) are extremely impatient, yet they keep complaining that people are always leaving. If you keep yelling at people and speaking to them so harshly, of course they’re going to quit. The two female supervisors are very poor at communicating—if you ask what something means, you get yelled at. The company’s longtime employees also have a serious tendency to collectively bully employees or new hires they dislike, and they talk recklessly about people behind their backs. They stab others in the back, frequently exclude or make fun of people, and even team up with supervisors to mock them—openly, during work hours. The internal infighting is extremely severe. Most of the company’s employees are women, so the topic is always other people’s gossip. Even the supervisors sometimes don’t understand how to perform an operation when teaching it, yet insist that you didn’t test it properly, and then yell at you. The turnover rate is extremely high: in just three months, more than 10 people have recently left.
