Basically, the senior staff in the Quality Control Department are all nice, and they are courteous and friendly toward new employees. However, when problems arise between departments, communication issues are more likely to occur. Other than that, everything is generally OK.
The boss treats the company as if it were their home and often appears at the company, walking around and observing each employee’s progress. Most importantly, when the boss takes a dislike to you, everything you do will be considered wrong. Even if you follow the duties assigned by your supervisor and perform them correctly, they will still be considered wrong. If you want to stay here, you first need to see whether you have the boss’s favor. Don’t go in there unless you want to be mistreated.
