Regular working hours; off on public holidays
You may be forced to work on holidays or extended holiday breaks. Unless someone is willing to swap shifts with you, you can only take leave anxiously, worrying that a sudden complaint case will disrupt your plans. It is very difficult to get a salary increase. The more skills you acquire, the more work you are given. Supervisors constantly assign work and pressure everyone to carry it out. If you do not cooperate, your days become difficult. Even when purchasing work-related items costing only a few dozen dollars, you have to ask your supervisor for their opinion.
