1. HR often organizes small activities
2. On-site operators often have opportunities for overtime and overtime pay, but office staff "do not"!!!!
1. A foreign company in appearance, but Taiwanese in substance
2. The company itself is a repair facility at the very bottom of the aviation industry. Since aircraft maintenance is a relatively specialized industry, it is strictly regulated by law.
At work, you can "only" do things exactly as specified in the maintenance manuals, so outside knowledge and work experience are not easily put to use here.
3. There is a company shuttle, but supervisors are actually very reluctant to let you take it. In principle, office staff receive neither overtime pay nor compensatory leave for overtime.
4. The environment is extremely conservative and closed-minded, with a rigid seniority system, and is extremely unfriendly to newcomers. Think carefully before joining, and ask around about the environment of the department you are about to join.
5. People whose English is fairly good (for example, those with a Gold Certificate or above, and TOEFL scores of 100 or higher—roughly at a level sufficient for studying abroad) really should not come here, because you will find that there is no opportunity to use your abilities. Some people may even target you because of this, constantly giving you a hard time and forcing you to leave.
