A good supervisor and a good leader are what motivate people at work.
Could you please seriously look for people who genuinely want to work for the company?!
They clearly knew what the position involved from the start, yet made it sound so pitiful, saying they could accept either morning or night shifts. After joining, they started asking why they weren’t assigned to the morning shift but the night shift (seriously? You’re already in your forties. No matter where you work, you fill whichever position has a vacancy first). After coming in, they still didn’t learn seriously. Even after more than a month, they still don’t know what needs to be done at what time. If you said today that you had been reassigned somewhere else, it would be understandable if you didn’t know. But there are fixed tasks to do every day, and every day there are packages to handle, yet things are still being missed. They’re really a wage thief.
As if that weren’t enough, you haven’t even met the qualifications for becoming a regular employee yet. When others were discussing whether another colleague might be made permanent, or when someone else asked about it, what exactly were you running your mouth about? You even blurted out that it had already been decided. If it were already decided, why wouldn’t the other person just apply directly for a full-time position instead of starting as a dispatched worker? They aren’t stupid. Even if you’re jealous, there should still be limits. Someone without any sense of boundaries sees dirt everywhere. If this person hadn’t encountered a good supervisor and leader, and had these rumors been spread and presented as fact, damaging their reputation, they ultimately wouldn’t want to stay here either.
