None. Terrible company.
I already felt something was strange before the interview.
How was it that, before I had even gone to the interview, the 104 job listing was already showing as no longer available?
I left a message asking about it but did not receive an appropriate reply. It was only after I called that I found out they were recruiting as usual and that the interview had not been canceled.
Are they really that unwilling to spend even a penny? The interview had not even ended, yet they had to take the listing down from 104—are they really trying to save that much on the posting fee?
The interview was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. I arrived 15 minutes early that day, and the interviewer then apologized and told me that the boss had gone out in the morning and had not returned yet, so I would have to wait until 2:30 p.m. I cooperated and waited! In the end, they said I would have to wait even longer, and I completely lost my temper! This company clearly does not treat its future employees like human beings. Even if they had needed to cancel at the last minute and reschedule for another day, I would have accepted it—but they did not even notify me by phone. Was it really fun making me travel all the way from Taoyuan to Taipei for nothing?
