Young people are easy to get along with.
This is a company affiliated with a nursing home for beginners. Since it cannot afford to pay you a high salary, you should be thankful if you earn over NT$32,000 (for regular employees), so more than half of the employees are basically somewhat problematic.
The turnover rate is extremely high; on average, someone resigns almost every week.
“Beginner village”: Because the people hired are all young, they are too inexperienced and inflexible in handling work situations, which means the people who come after them have to clean up the mess.
“Nursing home”: Because the salary is low, older people are more willing to come work here, and there are also employees who have returned to work after retirement.
As for supervisors over 40, they really like to indoctrinate you with ideas from the past and keep trying to make their subordinates work as unpaid volunteers.
Do you think a low salary means you can do less work? Think again… They definitely won’t make things that easy for you.
At this company, even if you do something that harms its reputation, as long as it doesn’t become a major issue, the supervisors basically can’t do anything about it. There are people who mess around in romantic relationships and have poor personal conduct; actually, quite a lot of people know about it! So, if you’re starved for affection, you’re welcome to come work here..........
