Under no circumstances should you go to the Institute for Information Industry (III), especially the Systems Administration Group of the Information Services Department at headquarters.

This group specializes in ostracizing newcomers.

More than ten people left successively in 2022 and 2023.

Most of them left after only six months because the veterans would not pass on know-how to you or provide you with “correct” operating documents, causing you to make serious mistakes and get reprimanded by your superiors.

This situation is particularly serious with the veterans Chen Youren and Xie Weishan.

Xie relies on being a 20- or 30-year veteran of III, and even the deputy director cannot do anything about him.

As for Chen, the deputy director has already openly said that he intends to get Chen removed, so newcomers working under Chen will not have good outcomes.

Chen is a smiling tiger.

Even colleagues from other groups will wish newcomers good luck, indirectly implying that the Systems Administration Group is turbulent.

So under no circumstances should you go to III; this is advice from those who came before you.
