至富行銷實業有限公司
Pros

You get exposure to many things, from small-scale projects to large-scale projects, as well as various engineering drawings, advanced design, graphic design, religious beliefs, real estate, and a whole bunch of industries. Basically, once you know all of this, you’ll be invincible 🤣

Cons

At first, you won’t have to work overtime, and you’ll be given a lot of freedom (for the first few days). Later, things change completely: you’ll work overtime for half an hour to an hour every day (without overtime pay).

The company is very small: one accountant and one executive assistant, I think. The two of them work together and go crazy praising the boss every day. I think some praise is fine, but this is more like praising her until even breathing makes you feel like you’re beautiful? Very professional?

There are a lot of things you’re expected to do. The boss is a designer herself and has her own very specific standards for design. Basically, she might as well publish a Bible? (If what you make doesn’t look the way she imagined, she’ll curse at you using very nasty language, asking, “Do you look down on me? Do you know I can make hundreds of thousands from one project? Don’t underestimate this! Are you slacking off?”)

The boss is really emotional!! I only regret not checking Tianyancha when I got the job. I saw a comment from the previous employee, and it was basically exactly the same (I heard the boss say that every employee who stayed was driven to tears by her 🤣).

The salary is really low. You have a lot of responsibilities, and you have to complete several independent projects a day *under a responsibility-based system.

Most importantly 💥💥 this company will wear down your confidence and make you doubt your abilities. This is very unhealthy. Every day before work, you’ll be afraid, wondering whether you’ll be able to finish everything and how you’ll be scolded that day.

Okay, there are really too many shortcomings. One last warning:

The boss is very good at pretending to be kind. She’ll keep smiling and force out words of encouragement.

A classic case of hiding a knife behind a smile—then the next second, she’ll show her true colors again.

Highly not recommended
