The compensation and benefits that should be clarified during the interview need to be asked about and discussed clearly; basically, questions receive answers. I worked there for a period of time. Client-facing staff need to develop new prospects themselves, first scheduling an appointment by phone before making an in-person visit. A company vehicle is provided, and reimbursement for fuel when using a personal vehicle for work is acceptable (7/km); at least maintenance costs are included. Overall, the company atmosphere is fairly good, and because there are not many employees, there is relatively little clique culture. Overall, you can still learn solid fundamental sales skills, especially in cold prospecting. Basically, after graduating from there, you can sell pretty much any product.
You really do need a strong mentality to survive there; otherwise, you will spend all day being rejected by clients and that’s about it.
