The small company is very flexible
Cons
The boss is very emotional and targets employees
He is late and leaves early himself, with no sense of time
When decisions need to be made, we often have to wait for him and cannot find him
He browses pornographic websites on coworkers’ computers at the company
He doesn’t even close the tabs or clear the history, occasionally giving people a shock
He loves to disparage employees who have left previously
He often picks fights with people, leading to unpleasant collaborations
The designers—not him—are the ones who have to bear the client’s pressure
