The interview was very formal, and it looked like a large-scale company.
Before the interview, they asked many questions over the phone and then said they would have the manager review my information to decide whether to invite me for an interview. Later, they called to arrange an interview time.
On the day of the interview, they asked many of the same questions they had already asked over the phone. Then they said they would ask the manager to interview me and told me to go to another building to find the manager~
After waiting for 15 minutes, they said the manager was in a meeting and could not interview me. They said they would arrange another interview time, and then nothing happened~
I find it really ridiculous. During the phone interview, hadn't they already shown my information to the manager? Why did they suddenly not want to interview me when I arrived for the interview???
When I arrived at the company for the interview, there was a notebook recording people's entry and departure times. It was filled with information about everyone who had interviewed that month~
This company seemed to be interviewing people nonstop. Whether they were actually hiring anyone is anyone's guess. It was a pointless interview and a waste of job seekers' time.
