There is no system or structure. Someone is interviewing or onboarding every day, making these seemingly permanent job openings. If you join, you will be in for a real eye-opener. Most of the colleagues are newcomers, so you can imagine how incredibly high the turnover is. Managers are accustomed to shifting responsibility onto subordinates, and senior management will casually subject employees to extensive verbal abuse and insults. There are also quite a few labor disputes. This is a completely chaotic company.
