Thinking about it seriously, I guess there really aren't any.

The “happy company” is fake, and the Japanese-company image is fake too.

The managers make decisions entirely based on their feelings; it is a thoroughly family-run business. The people at the top are all related to the family.

Because the group is large and its various companies are connected, you have to do work for other companies as well… such as selling ice cream and things like that (the daughter of the owner is in charge of the ice cream business, though she actually isn’t responsible for much! She travels abroad and has fun everywhere every month; seeing it on Instagram makes you think, “It’s great to be rich!”)

The pay is also pitifully low, and there is no real system for salary increases or promotions. If the boss likes you, you get a higher position; if they don’t like you, you can just keep being a slave.

This is not a company that cares about its employees. The employees work themselves to death while the family enjoys eating and playing. Don’t waste your life here.
