The store manager and colleagues are very easy to get along with. During spare moments, you can try on different or new styles of shoes, and you can also purchase them at the employee discount price. The store environment is also quite good.
The warehouse is extremely hot and stuffy.
Employees’ work and sales are influenced by personal biases and opinions, without considering the actual circumstances of the store when evaluating staff.
I feel this place is not very suitable for experienced salespeople 🙂
