Pros
The compensation is acceptable.
The benefits are acceptable.
Cons
There is severe infighting within the quality control department, with frequent verbal bullying and exclusion, and no one does anything about it. Even after reporting it, there was no follow-up action due to insufficient evidence. You are not allowed to carry a mobile phone on you, so how can you collect evidence of being bullied?
