The product specialist interview includes a computer test, with Excel questions.
Later, after asking friends I know, I learned that the product department at this company is reportedly said to have a high turnover rate and a poor reputation. Do not apply and leave a bad record. However, the boss seems to frequently travel abroad and is not in the office, which is also one of the company’s “benefits” (a mess); no one supervises anything.
The product department supervisor did not appear to have much experience during the interview and looked very young. They seem desperate to hire, so you should really be cautious!!!!
After checking a job-seeker review site, I found that the company has a close relationship with another company and that they are a married couple.
It is said that the boss often poaches sales managers from the same industry with high salaries and then quickly fires them~ (Do not apply.)
Most of the people internally are gay men; scheming and infighting are minor issues. The company is small, with an underdeveloped organizational structure and scale. People in the same industry reportedly all know about it.
The company’s internal culture has no atmosphere of exercising or enthusiasm for sports; compared with local distributors, it is even less like a foreign-company culture.
Again, I remind you not to apply and leave a bad record. It is said that applicants’ personal information from before and after interviews is taken out and discussed (my goodness! Such an unprofessional supervisor).
