Birthday leave is provided
1. There is no overtime pay. The clock-in system may block or alter your recorded hours, potentially leaving you with no recourse later.
2. Some supervisors either lack ability or have poor emotional control.
3. Supervisors like to belittle you and make you feel that you would not be able to find another job if you left.
4. They think they offer the most money, but in fact there are no bonuses for the Mid-Autumn Festival or Dragon Boat Festival.
5. Only senior executives receive employee profit-sharing. Should the policy be changed to call it senior executive profit-sharing instead?
6. When the owner publishes a book, the company helps promote and sell it. If it cannot be sold, they give it away, and you still have to explain why it is not profitable.
7. You can never finish all your work, yet they still pressure you to take your annual leave.
8. They frequently threaten you by saying they will deduct points from your performance evaluation.
9. The owner and supervisors think everything is easy and that the company would not suffer much without you. In fact, you deserve somewhere better.
