Pros
Can't think of any.
Cons
The environment is very poor. It's an old company, and there was even a strange bad smell in the office.
The salary did not match the compensation advertised on the job bank at all. I went to the interview expecting NT$32,000, while the job bank listed NT$42,000. After I reported it, 104 removed the listing for a while, but now it has returned.
