Pros
Can't think of any.
Cons
The environment is very poor. It's an old company, and there was even a strange foul smell inside the office.
The salary was completely different from the compensation listed on the job bank. I went for an interview expecting NT$32,000, while the job bank stated NT$42,000. After I reported it, 104 took the listing down for a while, but now it has resurfaced.
