Pros
Can't think of any.
Cons
The environment is very poor. It's an old company, and there was also a strange bad smell inside the office.
The salary completely did not match the compensation posted on the job bank. I went to the interview and was offered NT$32,000, while the job bank listing said NT$42,000. After I reported it, 104 took the listing down for a while, but now it's back again.
