Pros
Everyone has their own responsibilities, and the company has a fairly flat hierarchy, so it’s easy to communicate with the boss. If there are any issues, they can usually be resolved fairly quickly. The company also respects employees’ working hours, with everyone leaving and arriving on time.
Cons
The company is located in the Science Park, so if you live in the city center, you should allow around 30–40 minutes for commuting.
