Pros
The office environment is fairly comfortable, and no one bothers you as long as you get the work done.
Employee benefits are still being improved.
Cons
A traditional factory with low starting pay.
The manager has absolute control and does not trust professionals; whatever they say goes, completely disregarding professional expertise.
No matter how good your work performance is, you do not receive corresponding treatment.
The company has extremely poor cohesion.
