1. The environment is extremely disgusting (cockroaches show up on the desks and at the water dispenser, and the supervisor even says this is normal)

2. A bunch of older employees are coasting toward retirement (raising fish and growing potted plants); they spend work hours doing other things, then work overtime after hours to flatter the supervisor, but receive no overtime pay

3. A senior colleague has extremely poor emotional control and EQ, and frequently slams the desk phone down and curses at people; the supervisor is very permissive

5. The benefits are extremely poor. The year-end bonus is less than 0.3 months’ salary. The supervisor was very good at painting an overly rosy picture during the interview, saying the company was striving to go public again, but in reality it loses several hundred million every year. The only reason it has not gone under is that its parent company, ASUS, is supporting it
