There are no pros.
This is an extremely terrible family-run business.
The management in each department is, on average, around 50 years old or older.
The chairman and the plant manager each have their own favored “management teams.”
When problems arise, they do not read emails, shirk their responsibilities, and do not resolve issues even in meetings.
There are no consequences for passing the buck because someone has their back.
Those who have no responsibility do not need to retire and can happily collect their salaries until they are buried.
The entire company’s expertise is stuck in the last century, and they still love to misattribute the causes of problems; when proven wrong, they become angry and embarrassed.
After working there for 20–30 years, they still cannot even control their own processes.
Worse than furnace slag—a complete gathering place for garbage.
Anyone who reads all of the above and still wants to work here has only themselves to blame.
Not a single review is positive. It is truly pitiful.
