As long as you're an ADATA employee or were brought in through a recommendation from a senior manager, it's basically an incredibly cushy job.

Extremely high turnover — people who apply and get in on their own generally can't last a year.

Nepotism and personal connections — some employees were brought in by managers or transferred over from ADATA, so you have to be very careful about what you say.

Unequal resource allocation — some departments are staffed so generously that employees spend half their working hours chatting, while managers go around visiting other departments and telling them how to work; some departments are busy every day.

Complicated procedures — many people who don't want to take on extra trouble will tell you that you have to follow the procedures, and by the time the approval process is complete, several days have already passed. But an ADATA employee can settle it with one phone call.

Many people play dumb — when you ask whether something can be handled a certain way, they answer immediately that it probably can't be done without even thinking. But when you ask someone outside the company, they can handle it. Once you tell them that your friend said it could be done that way, they admit that it is possible. These people are either pretending to be dumb because they don't want to take on extra trouble, or they really are dumb.

Extremely poor performance — just look at the monthly revenue, which is practically abysmal. On top of the salaries paid to these connected employees, the company has been losing money for several years. Even with ADATA's backing, who knows how long the company can hold out.
