Goods and miscellaneous items are scattered everywhere in the office and warehouse; the environment is dirty, cluttered, and cramped, and the smell is unpleasant. The company was reported by other companies for creating a dirty public environment and storing goods in and occupying the basement sewage tank and other public areas.

The company’s systems are extremely disorganized. I recommend not trying it. The sources of stress all stem from negative emotions and the atmosphere. The company’s high turnover rate, culture, and systems have a lot to do with the executive assistant. The turnover rate is extremely high, and they are constantly interviewing new people. The pay is not high, and there are no performance bonuses because the targets set are simply unattainable. If there is an inventory shortage, the loss is deducted from all employees’ bonuses (senior management says: “We’ll discuss inventory surpluses later / the extra goods are company assets anyway.”)

Different departments do things differently and are very good at blaming one another.

When a subordinate makes a mistake, it is treated like a heinous crime; when a supervisor makes a mistake, they are the first to escape responsibility.

When something happens, the manager only knows how to talk and is exceptionally good at pushing work away; somehow, every mistake is the subordinate’s fault.

Employees here have to learn to play the sympathy card… acting as if their family is falling apart, their marriage is unhappy, or no one is available to look after their children.

You also have to be excellent at avoiding and dodging problems. Those who take their work seriously are destined only to work until they collapse from exhaustion.

The year-end evaluations are extremely unprofessional. There are no highly capable professionals here, but there are plenty of actors.

The most disgusting backstabbers I have ever encountered in my life have all gathered here… They even try every possible way to frame you and leave a stain on your life. This is an evil place; I was almost driven mentally ill…

In particular, do not join the Sales or Warehouse Departments.

The hard work is secondary; the workplace pressure is so intense that it makes you question your entire life.

To be precise, the problems are:

The thinking behind integrated planning and scheduling needs to be reconsidered.

Once the boss has an idea, they accept it without question, yet they cannot provide any substantive suggestions.

After a proposal is approved, if problems arise later, they immediately shirk responsibility and publicly criticize and humiliate the person involved.

The supervisor is extremely forgetful. For matters they have never handled, they will directly push them onto you and make you take the blame. Their way of speaking and personal character are also highly questionable. If you want to experience workplace harassment and emotional blackmail, come and try it.

I had never had a book thrown at me in my life, but I experienced it here.

A rule that was agreed upon is said this second to be strictly enforced to improve work efficiency; the next second, after the Sales Department says a few words, it becomes acceptable to do anything.

At this company, as long as the Sales Manager or executive assistant dislikes you, they will file a negative report about you. (They are close friends who cover for each other.)

Even on your last day of employment, they will arrange for you to help pack and ship goods in the warehouse, using you to the fullest extent~ When you go to the Warehouse Department to pack goods, your coworkers will know that you are leaving. All I can say is that if you come to this company, you will have no idea what you are doing. In less than a month, you will experience all kinds of people, things, and situations, so the extremely high turnover rate is nothing unusual here.

There is no overtime pay. To receive compensatory leave, you must apply for overtime before 4 p.m. each day, and the supervisor must approve it before it is granted. Otherwise, if you simply work too slowly and stay past your scheduled time, you still have to submit the compensatory-leave hours to your supervisor for advance approval; you can only take the leave after it is approved. Around long holidays, you have to schedule your days off—if you request annual leave, you must also explain the reason in advance and ask the boss for approval before taking leave. I wonder whether this violates the Labor Standards Act!

From every perspective, this company operates with the mindset of a small company—or a company from 50 years ago—in other words, employees are treated like dirt.

When you join, the company will generously claim that it offers excellent employee benefits. All I can say is: don’t listen to what the boss says; if you believe it, you lose.

(Birthday cash gifts can only be used to buy products that are about to expire within a year; the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival gifts are also company-made vouchers for products that will expire within a year and a half or have defective/damaged packaging. The employee price is only a few dozen dollars lower than on momo Shopping.) The momo card even comes with cashback!

This company truly offers no career development whatsoever and has no完善 operating procedures, often doing things according to whatever the boss happens to think. All I can say is that if you have plenty of time, you can experience authentic exploitative-boss culture. Even if you cannot find a job, absolutely do not come here and waste your time==

During the interview, they make it sound very good, saying at the beginning that they do not force or encourage overtime and that they follow the Labor Standards Act.

Only after starting work do you discover that this is not the case.

In reality, they simply mean that overtime is unpaid and only compensatory leave is provided. Sometimes you are also forced to work overtime; if you do not work overtime, you must explain why, and then be publicly criticized because everyone else works overtime while you only work overtime on a few days and for a few hours. Otherwise, they threaten employees who do not work overtime by saying that the company agrees they can go get a resignation form.

The company uses the 104 app to clock in. If you forget to clock in, you will be fined. There is also something where they “give you a chance” by deducting two hours of compensatory leave—an extremely unreasonable practice.

If an employee whom the executive assistant dislikes talks at work, it is treated as chatting and not taking work seriously. When employees who are close to the executive assistant chat, however, the executive assistant thinks they are being humorous and goes over to join the conversation.

Once they start disliking you, they will begin looking for ways to target you.

The sycophantic culture at this company is extremely widespread. Anyone who knows how to curry favor with the executive assistant and slack off every day can receive two salary increases a year.

Sales has the most power in this company, followed by Finance, with Warehouse at the bottom.

If you make a mistake in a powerful department, you receive only a light reprimand; if you are in a powerless, disadvantaged department, you are severely disciplined.

Since I joined, the two Sales departments and the Warehouse have replaced their entire group of new employees once a year.

Basically, if the executive assistant dislikes someone, they will find a way to get rid of them no matter how well they perform.

The executive assistant will say, “Someone said you are not putting your heart into your work.”

When asked exactly where you are lacking commitment, they mumble and cannot explain.

They just keep repeating, “Someone said you are not putting your heart into your work.”

You have no idea why, and they have not verified it with the supervisor or other colleagues.

From beginning to end, it is always “someone said.” In reality, the executive assistant simply dislikes you and wants you to leave.

Shouldn’t the executive assistant say “I said it” rather than “someone said it”?

The executive assistant only watches the surveillance cameras and listens in, terrified that others will say bad things about them. (As if they do not also spend work hours waking their son up, ordering delivery for him, and watching shows at work—once they forgot to turn off the sound, and the whole office could hear it.) Remember to stay on the executive assistant’s good side if you want to get promoted and become wealthy.

I advise everyone to think twice even if you get an interview offer.

Do not let this become your most unforgettable memory.

The person with the most power in this company is the executive assistant. The boss simply does whatever the executive assistant says. You know who the real boss is now, right?!

By the end, the job duties are completely different from the position you originally applied for. Eventually, you do not even know what you are doing. You learn absolutely nothing, and no one cares about what you have contributed. The boss is emotional and likes to talk without taking action. You can also feel that the company does not value talent at all: if they like you, they flatter you endlessly; if they do not care about you, then no matter how well you perform, the company’s attitude is simply “if you want to leave, leave quickly.” It is deeply frustrating.

If you do not want to leave stains and nightmares in your life, do not consider this place under any circumstances. You would be better off working at a convenience store than coming here.

The company culture is truly terrible. Do not come… Run away while you can.
