A startup that brings together every bad habit a Taiwanese company could possibly have.
Basically, they’ll make sure you clock in on time, but you’re not allowed to leave work~ Oh, not that you’re not allowed to leave work—it’s that you have to finish the work before you leave~ It’s your own choice~
You’ll also need to help with many things that shouldn’t be within your job scope, which is only to be expected—those who are capable do more, after all.
And the business manager’s abilities are truly remarkable: every good thing will have been accomplished by him, and every idea will have been his. Every problem is someone else’s problem. Basically, whenever an issue arises, he’ll definitely have you handle it, then swoop in at the end to take the credit. If it’s handled well, he’s amazing; if it’s handled poorly, you’re incompetent. Truly an exceptional manager.
How could there be any shortcomings? You get to earn a pitiful salary, work overtime, never receive a raise, and enjoy laughably few benefits. With a company this rare, why haven’t you joined yet?
