The person who came to conduct the interview hadn’t looked at anything beforehand. Only after sitting down did they figure out what the interviewee was there for, and they kept asking about the salary structure at the previous job, including whether it had bonuses or perfect-attendance allowances.

After asking everything, they said they were urgently short-staffed and needed someone to start as soon as possible. If she couldn’t start immediately, then she didn’t need to say anything else, did she? Then she asked in return whether I had written that I couldn’t report for work for another month. When someone nearby pointed out that it was already written on my résumé, she showed absolutely no sign of apology and simply said that she hadn’t noticed it.

She didn’t say anything at all about the position and angrily told me to leave.

Absolutely disgusting. It is entirely reasonable to suspect that they were just trying to scam people out of their personal information. They were brazen about wasting a job seeker’s time and showed no shame whatsoever.
